My experience
I am happy to share with you more than 10 years of experience in building digital businesses, designing innovative business models and digital services and creating powerful digital organizations. With tresmo GmbH, I co-founded one of Germany's leading IoT/ Industry 4.0 system integrators and built it up as CEO, supporting customers such as Vorwerk, Rolls-Royce, Trumpf and Viessmann in their digital transformation. As a member of the "Digital Business Models" working group of the BMWi's Industry 4.0 platform, guest professor at two universities, co-author of several IoT and Industry 4.0 reference books and a jury member in the Bavarian business plan competition, I am regularly in touch with the community and always curious about the future.
As a sparring partner and consultant, I typically work with managing directors, supervisory boards, CDOs, strategy managers, COOs or product/service managers - in partnership, pragmatically, honestly and methodically. From my professional positions at a renowned strategy consultancy, as COO of an industrial consortium and as project manager in the corporate strategy of a DAX group, I know not only the digital world but also the classic corporate world - both perspectives help to develop and implement ambitious and at the same time realistic digital visions.
